I love this refreshing watermelon smoothie recipe and the bright, summery flavor. The key is to freeze the watermelon cubes just a little. Otherwise it'll be too difficult to blend.

Ingredients :
4 cups seeded cubed watermelon, partially frozen
1/2 cup reduced-fat vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 tablespoon sugar
6 fresh mint leaves

Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended.
