Asian Short Ribs Recipe
Ingredients :
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 pounds bone-in beef short ribs
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, optional
In a greased 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker, whisk together the first 8 ingredients.
Add short ribs and turn to coat; cook, covered, on low until meat is tender,
6-7 hours. If desired, serve with sesame seeds and green onions.
